i ordered some film and it arrived on the exact day they said it would. no chasing emails, no random delays, just a smooth order all around.

The box showed up a little dented, but everything inside was packed sorta well and stayed safe. No real issues for me.

I’ve been using kodak.com for my photo orders, it’s nice not feeling like my family pictures are being launched into the digital void for the entire internet to admire. Logging in and checking out both feel secure, and I haven’t been blessed with a lifetime supply of weird spam afterward, which is always a pleasant surprise.
I’m picky about where I upload family photos, especially pictures of my kids, so I don’t say this lightly. The site has been easy, safe-feeling, and totally fine for what I need. Giving it 5 stars, because apparently peace of mind is still allowed online

It does a lot for me and has plenty of useful features, which I really appreciate. It’s easy to use overall, though there are a few moments where I feel like it could be a little smoother or more straightforward. Still, I’ve gotten good use out of it
